HOW TO IMPROVE MOTIVATION IN THE GYM

Simple. 

 

Do the things you enjoy!

 

Do the types of cardio you find fun or like. If you like jogging, go for a jog. If you’re like me, stick with the walks. 

 

If you like doing shoulder press, make sure you’re doing it!

 

You’ll be much more likely to be consistent with your training if you genuinely enjoy what you’re doing.
