Other ingredients: Cellulose (vegetable capsule), Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide. This product is vegetarian.

How to use: Take one capsule twice a day, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. At that dose one bottle is a 30-day supply.
