Who it is for: the lifter who wants more out of the 45 minutes they have.

This is broader than a single-ingredient arginine capsule. It pairs L-arginine and arginine AKG with citrulline, citrulline malate and beta alanine to support nitric oxide production and blood flow.

Why it works:

• 800 mg total arginine (L-Arginine plus L-Arginine AKG 2:1)
• 400 mg total citrulline to support nitric oxide production
• 80 mg beta alanine, plus niacin at 150% DV

Niacin 30 mg (150%); Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 30 mg (3%); L-Arginine 400 mg; L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract 400 mg; L-Citrulline 200 mg; L-Citrulline Malate Extract 200 mg; Beta Alanine 80 mg.

Other ingredients: Cellulose (vegetable capsule), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable), Silicon Dioxide. This product is vegetarian.

How to use: Take 2 capsules once a day, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with an 8 oz glass of water.

Caution: Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before use. Niacin at this dose may cause flushing. Keep out of reach of children.
