How to use: Take 2 capsules in the morning with a meal.

Warnings. Consult a physician prior to use if you have a medical condition. This formula contains saw palmetto and stinging nettle, which act on hormone pathways — if you take finasteride, dutasteride or any other prostate medication, or you have a PSA test scheduled, talk to your doctor first, because saw palmetto can affect PSA readings. It also contains green tea extract, a source of caffeine, and 120 mcg of chromium (343% DV). Not intended for anyone under 18. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
