Give yourself a little buffer and really allow your body to turn down and prepare itself for sleep.
You’ll be amazing at how much better you’ll feel.
It’s not always about getting more hours of sleep. It’s about looking to improve the quality of the hours you’re already getting.
So screens off, cool the body with a quick shower, change into bedtime specific clothes & relax.
